How does it all come together?

1. Initial consultation

It all starts with a photo call, we want to get to know you and you get to know us. Then we will arrange a time to meet, either in person or over a Video call. We will discuss what your needs are and develop a package that fits your requirements.

2. Engagement session consultation

We suggest that you do an engagement session because it’s a great opportunity to iron out any issues that may arise on the wedding day. It’s good practice as you probably haven’t taken a professional photograph with your fiancee and this is your chance. Through this consultation we discuss the details of the session. We help you determine what to where, the location, time, everything. You don’t need to worry as we have you covered.

3. Engagement shoot

When the day comes for the shoot all you have to do is show up. We suggest that you bring your best smile and energy with you because it’s going to be a fun-filled session. We will guide and direct you as needed. It is really important that you arrive on time so that we don’t have any pressure at the beginning of the session. In fact I suggest that you try to arrive a bit early just in unforseen situations occur

4. Wedding day consultations

After the session we plan a series of consultations to discuss your plans for the wedding. A plan of action and timeline is developed. By the time the wedding is near you would have a better idea of what it is you want in your photos and we will work with you on how we will make that happen.

5. Wedding day shoot

On the day we arrive early to settle ourselves down. Work according to the plan so we don’t have to bother you. Of course there is flexibility if things change. We like to be very personable and approachable so don’t be surprised if we come in connect with your family and friends.

6. Post production

When are done with the shoot we go away and back up all your images. Then we cull out the ones that fit with the story and apply our magic touch to them. It takes a bit of time for this process and so to whet your appetite we will send you a preview of some images from the day.

7. Image delivery

Once all the images are processed they will all be loaded into a private password protected online gallery that we will share with you.

You will be able to create your own galleries that you can share with friends and family where they can order their own memories from the day too.

8. Image selection consultation

By the time you get your images you would have already selected some favourites that you would love to blow up on put on the wall, or even create mini gifts for some of your family members. We would guide you as to how to make that happen. We prefer not to rush you as life happens however we suggest that you do this shortly after you receive your gallery while the euphoria is still fresh. It’s a tough process limiting selection but we are here to guide you and make that process painless.

9. Design, production and final delivery

Now the images have been selected, the various products such as albums, frames, prints etc all get designed. After your approval during the preview stages we will have them designed and delivered to you.
